Change User Status
This activity allows you to save and change the status of a user. In this activity you can either unlock or enable the user accounts.
Select the “Change User Status” link under the “Administration Process” business component.
The “Change User Status” page appears.
Enter the following details in the header:
User Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the user. The combo is loaded with “Disabled” and “Locked”. The system displays “Disabled” by default on launch of the page. |
Reason for Locking / Disabling |
Pertaining reason for locking / disabling the status of the user account. |
To fetch the user status details
Click the “Fetch User Status” button to retrieve the user status details according to the search criteria(s) entered.
The system retrieves the entire user status details based on the specified search criteria and displays it in the multiline.
The system displays the following in the multiline.
User Name |
The unique name identifying the user. |
User Description |
The detailed description of the user. |
Locked / Disabled Date |
The date on which the user account gets locked / disabled. |
Enter the following fields in the multiline
Unlocked / Enabled |
Use the drop-down list box to select whether to unlock or enable the user account. The combo is loaded with “Yes” and “No”. The system displays “No” by default on launch of the page. |
To save the user status details
Click the “Save User Status” push button to save the status details of the user.
