Using Online Help

This page allows you to set the parameters based on which a service sales account is to be defined. You can specify whether customer group, maintenance base, work center and order category must be included while defining a service sales account. The system saves the parameters set. Values in specific fields of the “Create Service Sales Account Definition” page will be retrieved based on the parameter values set here.

Customer Account Group

Use the drop-down list box to specify whether the customer Account group must be included while defining a service sales account. You can select from “Yes” or “No. The system displays “No” by default on launch of the page.

Maintenance Base

Use the drop-down list box to specify whether the maintenance base must be included while defining a service sales account. You can select from “Yes” or “No”. The system displays “No” by default on launch of the page.

Work Center

Use the drop-down list box to specify whether the work center must be included while defining a service sales account. You can select from “Yes” or “No”. The system displays “No” by default on launch of the page.

Order Category

Use the drop-down list box to specify whether the order category must be included while defining a service sales account. You can select from “Yes” or “No”. The system displays “No” by default on launch of the page.

Order Currency

Use the drop-down list box to specify whether the order currency must be included while defining a service sales account. You can select from “Yes” or “No”. The system displays “No” by default on launch of the page.

Sale Type

Use the drop-down list box to specify whether the sale type must be included while defining a service sales account. You can select from “Yes” or “No”. The system displays “No” by default on launch of the page.

Execution Category

Use the drop-down list box to specify whether the execution category must be included while defining a service sales account. You can select from “Yes” or “No”. The system displays “No” by default on launch of the page.

Billing Element

Use the drop-down list box to specify whether the billing element must be included while defining a service sales account. You can select from “Yes” or “No”. The system displays “No” by default on launch of the page.

The system saves the parameters set.
