Create Flight Contract Account Definition

Select the “Create Flight Contract Account Definition” link at the bottom of the “Set Flight Contract Parameters” page under the “Account Rule Definition” business component.
The “Create Flight Contract Account Definition” page appears.
Enter the following field:

Finance Book |
Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the finance book. All the finance books mapped to the login organization unit are available for selection in the ascending order. The system displays the first finance book in the list by default on launch of the page. |
Enter the following fields in the “Account Definition Details” section:

Revenue Account |
The code identifying the revenue account. The account code must have been defined in the “Accounting Setup” business component. |

Effective From Date |
Enter the date from which the flight contract account definition is effective. |
Enter the following fields in the multiline:

Customer Account Group |
Use the drop-down list box to specify a unique code identifying the account group under which the customer is to be grouped. Help facility enabled. |

Order Currency |
The code identifying the currency of the flight contract. |
|
Charge Type |
The type to which the flight contract belongs whether hire or lease. |
|
Charter Category |
The category to which the charter belongs. |
|
Billing Head |
The head or classification under which billing is made for the flight contract. |
|
Revenue Account |
The code identifying the revenue account. |
|
Effective Date From |
The date from which the flight contract account definition is effective. |
Select the “Create” pushbutton to create flight contract account definition.
