Amend Budget Requirement – A summary of the activity
This activity allows you to amend the requirements of an “Active” budget requirement. A budget requirement can be amended based on the business requirements. This requirement could be an enhancement to the already available amount or requirement against an existing amount. Amendments can be made to a budget requirement after the authorization of the corresponding budget and before the close of the financial year. The system generates a unique amendment number for every amendment made to the budget requirement. The system stores the login ID of the user and the system date along with the amended details of the budget requirement.

What you can do in this activity
Budget requirements that are in the “Active” status can be amended based on the business requirement. An amendment can be made increasing or decreasing the required amount or including an asset class for which a requirement exists.
