Upload Initial Balance – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to upload the initial asset balances from an external source in which the data is available. This upload facility has been provided to save the time required for entering the initial balances in the case of bigger organizations. You must have defined the financial years / periods, depreciation books, finance books and the account codes before the balances are uploaded to the system.
