Location / Cost Center Receipt – A summary of the activity

You can specify the date on which the transfer is confirmed. You can carry out the search using the location, in which the asset exists, class to which the asset belongs, group to which the asset belongs, asset and tag details and the cost center to which the asset belongs.

You can confirm the assets, which are transferred. You can also reject the assets, which are transferred receiving location or the cost center.

You can specify the date on which the assets have to be confirmed.

•  Go to “Confirm Asset Receipt” page.

• Specify the confirmation date and confirm the receipt by clicking the “Confirm Receipt” pushbutton.

Rejecting the asset

You can reject the asset in the receiving location or the cost center. You can specify the date on which the assets are rejected.

• Go to “Confirm Asset Receipt” page.

• Reject the receipt by clicking the “Reject Receipt” puhbutton.
