Help On Default Activity

This page helps you to fetch and select the activity details for Role – OU combination. You can select the activity details by specifying the role name and description of the role name or OU Instance ID and description of OU instance or component name and description of component name. Based on the search criteria the details are fetched in the multiline and the selected data is transferred to the main screen when it is confirmed.

Click the lens icon next to the “Activity Description” Field.

The “HelpOnDefaultAct” page appears.

- Clicking this icon available near certain fields takes you to the help page of the respective field.

Enter the following fields in the header:

Role Name	A unique role name of the user by which you wish to retrieve the activity details.
Role Description	The description of the role name by which you wish to retrieve the activity details.
OU Instance ID	A unique number identifying the OU instance by which you wish to retrieve the activity details.
OU Instance Description	The description of the OU instance by which you wish to retrieve the activity details.
Component Name	A unique name of the component by which you wish to retrieve the activity details.
Component Description	The description of the component name by which you wish to retrieve the activity details.

Click the “Fetch Activities For Role OU” pushbutton to fetch all the activity details.

The system retrieves and displays the following in the multiline:

Role Name	The name of the role.
Role Description	The description of the role name.
OU Instance ID	A unique number identifying the OU instance.
OU Instance Description	The description of the OU instance.
Component Name	The name of the component.
Component Description	The description of the component name.
ActivityName	The name of the activity.
Activity Description	The description of the activity name.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the activity details.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
