Select the user name for which you want to enter or view user permissions for various programs by checking beside the record in the “Select” column of the multiline.
Select "User – Role Based Plan Permissions" hyperlink from the bottom of the page.
The "Set User – Role Based Plan Permissions” page appears.
The system displays the following field

Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. More details |
The system will display the details selected in the previous page.

User Name |
The user name. You can also enter or select a new user name from the help provided. Help Available |

Role |
The role of the user. You can also select from the “User Name” Help provided. |
For the selected user name or role, the system will display the various programs and plans that are accessible. If they have not defined earlier, the system will display with a blank value. You can also enter or edit any or all the values.

Program |
The program description for which the user has permissions to access. |
|
Plan |
The plan description for which the user has permissions to access. |

From Date |
The date from which the user has permissions to access the selected program |
|
To Date |
The date until which the user has permissions to access the component. |
Select the “Save” pushbutton to save the data entered.
To delete user permissions from the database
Select the user whose permissions are to be deleted by clicking it in the “Select” column corresponding to the record.
Select the Delete icon in the toolbar above the multiline.
Select the “Save” pushbutton to save the details.
