Editing other criteria for eligibility
Select the “Edit other Criteria for Eligibility” link in the “Edit Eligibility Profile Definition” page.
The system displays the following details from the previous page.

The date format of the login user. |
Benefits Eligibility Def. Unit |
The description of the selected Benefits eligibility definition unit . |
Eligibility Profile Code |
The unique code of the eligibility profile. |
Eligibility Profile Short Description |
The short description of the eligibility profile. |
Eligibility Profile Long Description |
A brief description of the eligibility profile. |
Enter or select the following.
Std. Hours per Week |
The total number of hours of work an employee should put in per week. The drop-down list box displays "Less than", "Greater Than”, and “Equal to” and " [N.A.] ". To indicate the standard hours per week should be greater than, less than or equal to certain number of hours, select the required option from the drop-down list box and enter the number in the field beside. For example, to indicate the standard hours as greater than 25, you must select “Greater Than” option from the drop-down list box, and enter 25 in the field beside. |
Actual Hours per Week |
The actual number of hours of work an employee has put in per week. The drop-down list box displays "Less than", "Greater Than”, and “Equal to” and " [N.A.] ". To indicate the actual hours per week should be greater than, less than or equal to actual number of hours, select the required option from the drop-down list box and enter the number in the field beside. For example, to indicate the actual hours worked for a week is greater than 50, you must select “Greater Than” option from the drop-down list box, and enter 50 in the field beside. |
Compensation |
The drop-down list box displays "Less than", "Greater Than”, and “Equal to” and " [N.A.] ". To indicate the compensation should be greater than, less than or equal to a certain value, select the required option from the drop-down list box, select the currency in which compensation is paid from the second dropdown list box and enter the amount in the field beside. From the fourth drop-down list box select the frequency in which the compensations are paid. The drop-down list box displays " Hourly", " Daily"," Weekly", "Biweekly", " Semimonthly", "Monthly"," Quarterly”,” Semi annually" and " Yearly". |
The system also displays list of all applicable bargaining agreements for the eligibility profile. You can modify the same. You can also enter new bargaining agreements the that will effect the eligibility profile.

Option |
The option selected earlier. |
From the “Option” drop-down list box, select the “Should be” option to indicate that the participant must be a member of bargaining agreement to enroll in a plan.
From the “Option” drop-down list box, select the “Should not be” option to indicate that the participant must be a member of bargaining agreement to enroll in a plan
Select the “Save” pushbutton to save the details entered.
Enter the bargaining agreement codes in the multiline to indicate that the participant should or should not enroll in a certain bargaining agreement for enrolling in a plan.
From the “Option” drop-down list box, select the “Should be” option to indicate that the participant must be a member of bargaining agreement to enroll in a plan.
From the “Option” drop-down list box, select the “Should not be” option to indicate that the participant must be a member of bargaining agreement to enroll in a plan
Select the “Save” pushbutton to save the details entered.
Select the bargaining agreement record that has to be deleted by checking beside the record in the “Select” column of the multiline.
Select the “Delete” icon from the toolbar above the multiline.
Select the “Save” pushbutton to save the details entered.
