Viewing benefit program details

Date format	The date format of the previous page.
Benefits Definition Unit	The benefits definition unit selected in the previous page.
Program Code	The unique code that identifies the benefit program.
Program Short Description	The short description of the benefit program.
Program Description	A full description of the benefit program. For example, the benefit program code can be specified as “MngPrg002”, “Mngprg.” as the short description and “Manager Program” as the long description.
Status	The status of the benefit program. One among the following is displayed namely “Active”, “Pending” and “Inactive”.
Currency	The currency applicable to the benefit program.
Premium Frequency	The stated interval in which the premium is paid. One among the following values will get displayed namely, "Daily", "Weekly", "Biweekly", "Semimonthly", "Monthly", "Quarterly", "Semiannually", and “annually".
Effective From Date	The date from which the benefit program will be in effect
Effective To Date	The date until which the benefit program will be in effect

To view Waiting Period of the benefit program

The waiting period is the period for which the employee has to wait to become eligible for the benefit program.

Waiting Period	One of the following values namely days, months, “First day of the Month After”, “First day of Year After” will get displayed.
Reference Period	Reference period is the condition based on which the waiting period is considered.

To view eligibility for the program

Eligibility indicates that the criteria that the person has to satisfy for joining in the benefit program.

Eligibility Profile Code	The eligibility profile code to the benefit program. This indicates that a person can participate in the benefit program only if he satisfies the eligible criteria defined in the eligibility profile.
Primary Participant Eligibility Rule	The rule name based on which the eligibility of the person is defined. You can view the rule by selecting the “View Rule” hyperlink beside the field.
Dependent Eligibility Profile Code	The eligibility profile code of the specified dependent.
Dependent Eligibility Rule	The rule name based on which the eligibility of the dependents has been defined. You can view the rule by selecting the “View Rule” hyperlink besides the field.

Note: If multiple eligibility profiles for a program are to be mapped, the system will display the corresponding fields blank.

To view multiple eligibility profiles

Select the “View multiple Eligibilities Mapping” hyperlink from the bottom of the page.
The “View Multiple Eligibilities Mapping” page appears.
The eligibility profile(s) that have been mapped to the benefit object (benefit program/ benefit plan type/ benefit plan) are displayed.

To view Org. Unit Mapping

Applicable to	One of the three options will be displayed namely “All Org. Units”, “Login Org. Units” or “Selective Org. Units”. If you select
	“All Org. Units”, the benefit program is available to all organizational units of the group company.
	“Login Org. Units”, the benefit program record is mapped to the organizational unit to which the login user is attached.
	“Selective Org. Units”, the benefit program record is available only to specific organizational units
