Day 1 … Day 15

The percentage of utilization of the resource on each day starting from the date specified in the “Reference Date” field. The loading is calculated as follows:

  • The number of hours for which the resource is available in the day, which is assumed to be 24 hours, for resource types other than “Skill”. For “Skill” type of resources, this value is retrieved from the “HR Setup” business component.

  • The total number of hours for which the resource is actually assigned to the work center is retrieved from the “Assign Work Order / Task(s)” page in the “Assign Resource To Work Order(s)” activity.

The loading is then calculated using the following formula:

Resource Loading = (Assigned hours of the resource * 100) / Available Hours of the resource) * Productivity factor.

Note: Productivity factor is the number that indicates the efficiency of the resource that is specified in the “Associate Work Center Attributes” activity of the “Work Center” business component. The productivity factor is assumed as ‘1’ if it is not already specified for the resource.
