You can record the work order details such as the schedule start date and end date, the time of commencement and completion of the work order.

The system displays the following fields multiline on selecting the “Work Order Details” tab:

Planning Flag

The system displays one of the following:

 

Delay Reported: When delay details exist for the work order.

 

Assignments: When assignment details exist for the work order.

 

Material Status: The system also displays the status of the material plan in this column, which could be “Partially Reserved”, “Reserved”, Partially Requested”, “Requested”, “Partially Hard Allocated”, “Hard Allocated”, “Partially Issued”,  “Issued” or "Material Not Available”.

Visit Package #

The visit package for which the work order is raised.

Work Order #

The component work order that must be scheduled or rescheduled.

Seq #

The sequence number of the tasks available in the Work Order.

Task #

The number identifying the work order task that must be scheduled or re-scheduled. This field appears blank if you have set the "Display Option" field to "By Work Order".

Task Description

The textual description of the task. This field appears blank, if you have set the "Display Option" field to "By Work Order".

Job Status

The status of the work order, which could be “Fresh”, “Authorized”, “Scheduled” or “In-Progress”.

Sch. Start Date

The date on which the work order or work order task execution will be started (Date Format). This field cannot be modified for a work order or task that is in “In-Progress” status.

From Time

The time at which the work order or work order task execution will be started (Time Format).

Sch. End Date

The date on which the work order or task execution will be completed (Date Format).

To Time

The time at which the work order or task execution will be completed (Time Format). If no completion date and time is specified for the work order, the system calculates the completion as follows:

End Date and Time = From Date and Time + (Estimated Elapsed Time / Man hours per day)

Note: Ensure that the scheduled start date and time is not later than the scheduled end date and time. Also, the end date and time must not be earlier than the current server date and time.

Comments

Any remark or comment pertaining to the work order or task scheduling (Alphanumeric, 255). Entry in this field is mandatory, if you wish to cancel the work order.

The system displays the following fields:

WO Category

The category to which the work order belongs.

Aircraft Reg #

The aircraft in which the task is executed.

Work Center #

The work center in which the work order is executed.

Job Type

The type of job could be “Aircraft”, “On-Wing” and “Component Removal”.

Exec.Phase

The execution phase of the task, which could be “Preparatory”, “Regular” or “Post Flight”.

Transient Status

The transient status of the work order, which could be “Hold”.

User Status

The user-defined status of the work order.

Time Unit

The unit of measurement for time.

Est. Elapsed Time

The estimated elapsed time for the work order or task.

Re-Schedule Count

The number of times the work order or task has been re-scheduled. If the work order has not been re-scheduled earlier, the system displays zero in this field.

Work Order Description

The textual description of the work order.

Customer #

The number identifying the customer who owns the aircraft.

Customer Name

The name of the customer owning the aircraft.

Note: The task/work order details you modify in the multiline are reflected in the Gantt chart; likewise any change in the schedule of tasks/work orders made in the Gantt chart using the drag and drop facility are replicated in the Work Order Details multiline.
