Viewing associated discrepancies of a maintenance report

This page allows you to view the discrepancies associated with the maintenance report.

Select the “View Associate Discrepancies” link under the “Create Corrective Work Order” page.

The “View Associated Discrepancies” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date field is displayed. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default.

The system displays the following fields in the “Maint Report Details” group box:

Maintenance Report #

The maintenance report selected in the “Process Discrepancies” page.

Aircraft Reg #

The aircraft in which the discrepancy is reported.

MR Description

The textual description of the maintenance report.

Zoom facility available.

The system displays the following in the “Discrepancy Details” multiline:

Discrepancy #	The number that identifies the discrepancies, in the maintenance report.
Discrepancy Type	The type of the discrepancy, which could be “Discrepancy” or “DMR”.
Discrepancy	A textual description of the discrepancy.
Source	The source in which the discrepancy is reported, which could be “Journey Log”, “Tech Log”, “Current Visit” or “Others”.
Source Document #	The number that identifies the source document in which the discrepancy is reported.
Remedial Action	The textual description of the action taken on the discrepancy reported.
ATA #	The number identifying the ATA chapter of the aircraft in which the discrepancy is reported.
Fault #	The code identifying the fault.
Cause #	The code identifying the cause.
Reported By	The login ID of the user who reported the discrepancy.
Reported Date	The date on which the discrepancy was reported.

Note: Discrepancies of the type DMR cannot be selected for further deferment.
