MRP Run Review
Select the “MRP Run Review” under the “Material Requirements Planning” business component.
The “MRP Run Review” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the header section:
Planning By |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the level at which the MRP Run is to be reviewed. The system lists the values “OU Level” and “Part Group Level”. |

Use the drop-down list box to select the part/service group for which the MRP Run is to be reviewed. The system lists all the part/service groups created with the purpose as ‘Material Requirement Planning’ in the “Create part / service groups” activity of the “Part Administration” business component. Note: This field appears only if the “Set Option” field is selected as ‘Part Group Level’. |
The system displays the following fields in the header section:
Horizon |
The starting date from which MRP Run is to be reviewed which is the created date of the value ‘Planning Horizon’ in “MRP Process Parameters” screen. Example: In “MRP Process Parameters” screen, if the value "Planning Horizon" has created date as "19-01-2021" then that date is displayed. |

The ending date upto which the MRP Run is to be reviewed which is derived from the ‘Planning Horizon’ and ‘Planning Horizon UOM’ values in “MRP Process Parameters” screen. Example: If the value Planning Horizon is given as "2" and UOM as "months" then the system displays the "to date" as the date from 2 months of the "from date". |

The duration for which the MRP Run is to be reviewed. Example: 2 Months |
Search By |
The Part #/Part Description/Part Category/Part Type for which the MRP details are to be retrieved in the multiline. |
Exception Type |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the exception type. The system lists the following values:

Click the “Go” pushbutton to retrieve the part details based on the entered search criteria.
Select the “Advanced Search” link to perform advanced search by defining specific condition. The “Advanced Search” popup appears.
Select the “Horizon Summary” tab view the Demand Information, Supply Information, MRP Action and Net Requirements for the Parts that are in the Planning Horizon of the Last Run.
Select the “Slot Wise Summary” tab to view the Slot Wise Summary of Demand Information, Supply Information, MRP Action and Net Requirements for the Parts in each slot.
MRP Run Details
The system displays the following fields in the header section of the “MRP Run Details” section.
Line # |
The row # of the part # selected. |
Part # |
The number identifying the part. |
Part Description |
The description of the part. |
Safety Stock |
The value in safety stock of the part defined in the “maintain planning information” screen and the concatenation of its UOM. |
Source |
The Part source of the part defined in the “MRP Action Parameters” screen which could be “Make”, “Purchase” or “Make & purchase”. |
Lead Time |
The lead time of the part which could be one of the following: § Purchase Lead Time if the part source is purchase. § Make Lead Time if the part source is make. |
Part wise Demand and Supply break up
This multiline displays the breakup of demand and supply for aggregated horizon UOM (on Part # selection). The following are the categories for which the breakup is displayed:
Available/Projected Stock Qty - Total Stock available in all warehouses for Slot 1 and roll over of surplus stock from previous slot to the next slot for the upcoming slots.
Total Demand - Sum of Planned and Firm Demand.
Firm Demand - Count of Demands from Material Request.
Planned Demand - Count of Demands from Material Plan.
Supplies - Total count of supplies from various supply types for the considered slot.
Deficit/Surplus – Count of deficit/surplus parts.
Unserviceable Stock - Parts with condition mentioned as Unserviceable in Part Master.
Net Requirements - Pending Demands for which Supplies are not found in Demand-Supply matching.
To Be Planned Orders - Actions to be taken for deficit parts based on Part Sourcing Type.
MRP Action - Actions generated automatically for deficit parts such as Purchase Order, Repair Order during Demand-Supply Matching.
Graph View
The graph section displays the following graphs with the X-axis as aggregated horizon UOM and Y- axis as quantity:
Stock Balance Vs Planned Orders – This graph displays the "Available stock /Projected Qty " in the X-axis and "To be planned Orders" in the Y-axis.
Demand Vs Receipt – This graph displays the "Total Demand” in the X-axis and "supplies" in the Y-axis
