This page allows you to record the details of the employee in the cabin crew for a specified journey log, flight date, flight and leg combination.
Select the “Report Cabin Crew Details” link in the “Create Journey Log” page.
The “Report Cabin Crew Details” page appears.
The system displays the following in the “Flight Details” group box:
Journey Log# |
The number identifying the journey log. |
Flight Date |
The date on which the flight is scheduled. |
Flight & Leg # |
The flight number of the aircraft and the corresponding leg number. |
Enter the following:
Line # |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the line number for which cabin crew details are to be reported. The system lists all the line numbers defined for the given journey log. |
Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the journey log details for the specified line number.
The system displays the following information:
Departure Station |
The station from where the journey starts. |
Destination Station |
The destination station of the flight |
Enter the following fields in the “Cabin Crew Details” multiline:
Note: If cabin crew details are already reported for the journey log number and the line number, the system retrieves the existing cabin crew details in the multiline, on clicking the “Get Details” pushbutton.
Employee # |
The number identifying the employee (Alphanumeric, 20). Ensure that the employee number has been already defined in the “Create Employee File” of the “Employee Information” business component. |
Employee Name |
The name of the employee (Alphanumeric, 77). |
Role |
The role assigned to the employee in the cabin crew (Alphanumeric, 30). |
License # |
The number of the license held by the employee (Alphanumeric, 15). Ensure that the license number has already been defined in the “Record Employee License Information” activity of the “Employee Information” business component. |
License Class |
The class to which the license belongs (Alphanumeric, 40). |
Click the “Record Cabin Crew Details” pushbutton to record the details of the crew.
