Create flight log quick codes – A summary of the activity
Quick codes are user-defined values, used to classify the journey log and the technical log based on the type of status specified by the user. These user-defined statuses indicate the status of the transaction documents, such as journey log and Exec. Ref #. You can define the quick codes for the basic quick code types “Journey Log User Status”, “Exec. Ref. User Status”, “Task User Status”, “Journey Log Category”, “Exec. Ref # Category”, “CoM User Status”, “User Defined Detail1”, and “User Defined Detail2” using this activity. For example, you can define a quick code for Exec. Ref. user status as “Pilot Report Not Entered” and “Work Order not Completed”. These quick codes are later used in the other activities, where the user-defined status of the technical log has to be specified.
You can enter a unique identifier for the quick code and provide a description for it. The quick code should be unique for the organizational unit. The system assigns the "Active" status as soon as the quick code is created and sets the creation date and time to the server date and time.
