Enable Notification Messages – Choose Task

This page can be used to select a task for defining notification messages.
Select the “Enable Notification Messages” link under the "Workflow Management" business component.
The “Enable Notification Messages – Choose Task” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the "SEARCH CRITERIA" group box to search for a task. Data entry in the following fields is optional:

Component Name |
The name of the component for which notification messages need to be defined (Alphanumeric, 128). |

Activity Name |
The name of the activity for which notification messages need to be defined (Alphanumeric, 128). |

Task Name |
The name of the task for which notification messages need to be defined (Alphanumeric, 256). |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to view the search results.
The system displays the following in the multiline:

Component Name |
The name of the component for which notification messages need to be defined. |

Activity Name |
The name of the activity for which notification messages need to be defined. |
|
Task Name |
The name of the task for which notification messages need to be defined. |
To proceed
Select the “Enable Notification Messages” link at the bottom of the page to enable notification messages for the task.
You can select a task based on search criteria for defining notification messages.
