Define Workflow Profile – Choose Task

This page can be used to select a task to define or modify its profile.
Select the ‘Define Workflow Profile’ link under the "Workflow Management" business component.
The ‘Define Workflow Profile – Choose Task’ page appears.
Enter the details in the "SEARCH CRITERIA" group box. Data entry is optional in the following fields:

Component Name |
The name of the component in which the task is present (Alphanumeric, 128). |

Activity Name |
The name of the activity in which the task is present (Alphanumeric, 128). |
|
Task Name |
The name of the task for which the profile name is to be defined (Alphanumeric, 256). |
|
Profile Name |
The name of the profile (Alphanumeric, 30). |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to view the search results.
The system displays the following fields in the multiline:

Component Name |
The name of the component in which the task is present. |
|
Activity Name |
The name of the activity in which the task is present. |
|
Task Name |
The name of the task for which the profile name is to be defined. |
|
Profile Name |
The name of the profile. |
To proceed
Select the “Define Workflow Profile” link at the bottom of the page to define or edit a profile.
In this page you can select a task for which the profile name is to be defined or edited.
