The “Maintain Object Ref. Dates” page appears.

Search On

Use the drop-down list box to retrieve the already defined reference dates for various aircrafts. The system lists the following options:

  • Aircraft Model

  • Aircraft Group

  • Aircraft Reg. #

  • Customer #

  • Equipment Group

  • Equipment Category

 

Use the drop-down list box to select the value corresponding to the specified search criteria.

 

Editable field to specify the basis on which you wish to search.

Help facility available

Aircraft Reg. #

The registration number of the aircraft against which data references must be saved.

Date Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of date which is to be setup for an aircrafts. The system lists the following options:

  • Billing Start Date - Select this option to indicate the date from which billing will commence for the object

  • Billing End Date - Select this option to indicate the date up to which billing will end for the object

By default the system leaves this field blank.

Date Reference

Use the drop-down list box to identify the date that is defined against each aircraft. The system lists the following options:

  • A/c Operational End Date – Select this option only if ‘Date Type’ is set as ‘Billing End Date’ and this date indicates the date on which the Aircraft or it’s equipment retire from service.

  • Entry into Service Date - Select this option to indicate the date on which Aircraft begins it’s service

  • Induction Date - Select this option to indicate the induction of an aircraft into operation/service.

  • Warranty End Date - Select this option to represent the end of warranty of aircraft with certain Equipment Group or Category.

  • Warranty Start Date - Select this option to represent the date on which the warranty related billing elements can be initiated for billinge.

Ensure that only A/C Operational End Date is selected in this field if ‘Billing End Date’ is specified as the Date Type.

Ref. Entity

Use the drop-down list box to specify the Entity with respect to which the date is being set. Data selection in this field is mandatory if a value is specified in the “Entity #” field. The system lists the following field

  • Equipment Group

  • Equipment Category

Entity #

Use the drop-down list box to select the corresponding Entity value of the Ref. Entity selected in previous column. Data selection in this field is mandatory if “Ref. Entity” is selected”. The system lists the following:

  • All the active Equipment Groups defined as quick codes in Configuration  Master

  • All the active Equipment Categories defined as quick coded in the Configuration. Master

 Note: Entity drop-down loads all Equipment groups and categories defined by the user. Selection can be made according to the requirement as to how the ref. date needs to be considered.

Ref. Date

The actual date on which the reference is applicable.

Ensure that the End Reference Date is later than the earliest Start Reference Date specified against an aircraft.

User Remarks

Any user specific remarks or notes pertaining to the date defined.
