This activity enables the maintenance of a deliverable schedule, in case of Defense Contracts entered with the US Government, wherein the MRO is required to periodically submit details of execution of work to the US Government.

Note: The system launches this page only if Contract Details are available

Note: Data entry in Maintain Deliverables Schedule is not mandatory and it will not affect the Contract status update from Draft to Fresh..

The system displays the following displays the following fields in the “Main Contract Details” group box:

Contract # / Revision #

The number identifying the contract / revision.

Contract Type

The type of contract, which could be any of the following:

  • General – Indicates standard terms and conditions in a contract.

  • Customer Specific – Indicates customer-specific terms and conditions in a contract.

Contract Status

Indicates the status of the contract, which could be “Draft”, “Fresh”, “Confirmed” and others..

Contract Category

The category to which the contract belongs.

Sale Type

The sale type of the contract.

Contract Date

The date on which the contract was entered.

Customer #

The number identifying the customer with whom the contract is entered.

Customer Name

The name of the customer with whom the contract is entered.

Currency

The currency of the contract.

Effective From

The starting date from which the revised contract is effective.

Effective To

The ending date up to which the revised contract is effective.

User Status

The user status of contract as defined in the Category master.

Eff. Ref.

 

Use the drop-down list box to specify Effectivity level for which the deliverables schedule is being defined.  Mandatory. The system lists the following options:

  • Contract level

  • Part Effectivity

  • Aircraft Effectivity

  • Defined Work Scope/US Defense - Work Scope

Note that the system lists the option “Defined Work Scope” along with “US Defense Work Scope” if the contract is Regular.

Effec. Ref. Code

Use the drop-down list box to select the effectivity reference of Object / work scope for which the deliverables schedule is being defined..  Mandatory. The system lists the following options:

  • All

  • Part Effectivity Codes as defined in the “Part Effectivity” tab in case of the contract with Applicability: Part

  • Aircraft Effectivity Codes as defined in the “Aircraft Effectivity” tab in case of contract with Applicability: Aircraft

  • Work-scope Codes as defined in Work Scope or US Defense - Work Scope tabs depending on the relevant type of Contract.

Doc. Item #

 

The number identifying the doc item. Mandatory. The system lists all the ‘active’ Category Codes as defined for the Category Type "Doc. Item #"  under the Entity ‘MRO Service Sales’ in the 'Maintain Category Codes' activity under the “Category” business component.

The system displays the following fields:

Doc. Item Description

Description of the doc item as specified in the Description column of the corresponding Category Code defined for the Category Type ‘Doc. Item #’ under the Entity ‘MRO Service Sales’ in the 'Maintain Category Codes' activity of the ‘Category’ business component.

CLIN / SLIN

 

CLIN/SLIN applicable for the US Defense work scope effectivity reference selected as defined in the ‘US Defense Work Scope’ tab of the contract.Note that the system leaves this field blank if the contract is of type “Regular”.

Contract Reference

An additional reference physical reference of the contract against which the deliverables needs to be submitted.

Frequency

Use the drop-down list box to specify the frequency with which the deliverables should be submitted to the customer. The system lists the following options:

  • Milestone Based

  • Periodic

Frequency Period

 Use the drop-down list box to specify the period for which the doc. Identified under deliverables schedule should be submitted to the customer. Data selection in this field is mandatory if “Periodic” is specified as the Frequency. The system lists the following options:

  • Monthly

  • Quarterly

  • Half-Yearly

  • Yearly

Submission Date

The date of submission of the deliverables to the customer if the frequency is identified as ‘Milestone Date’

Data selection in this field is mandatory if “Milestone Based” is specified as the Frequency

Remarks

Any comments pertaining to the delivery schedule.

Note that the system does not allow modifications to details in this activity if the contract is in Approved or Confirmed status.
