Help on Data package Id

This page allows you to search and retrieve the details of a data package identification number associated with consolidated financial statements. With the help of display options you can view details of report type one time or as recurring.

You can carry out the search using the data package Id, report type, status, report date from, report date to, created by, reporting structure, and processing status.

The system retrieves the entire data package Ids based on the search criteria entered. On confirmation, the selected Data Package Id is transferred to the required page.

Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Data Package Id” field in the “Report Criteria” group box in the “Manage Consolidated Financial Statements” activity of the “Reports – Book Keeping” business component.

The “Help On Data Package” page appears.

Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for a data package Id. Data entry in the following fields is optional:

Data Package Id	The system generated code identifying the registration of the request made for generation of a consolidated financial statement for which you wish to retrieve details in the multiline.
Report Type	Use the drop-down list box to specify the basis on which you wish to make the search. The system lists the following options: One Time - Select this option to retrieve details of consolidated financial statements that are generated only once. Recurring - Select this option to retrieve details of consolidated financial statements that are generated at repeated intervals. By default the system leaves this field blank.
Status	Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the consolidated financial statements based on which you wish to make the search. The system lists the following options: Fresh - Select this option to retrieve details of financial statements that are in “Fresh” status. Active - Select this option to retrieve details of financial statements that are in “Active” status. In-Active - Select this option to retrieve details of financial statements that are in “Inactive’ status. By default the system leaves this field blank.
Report Date From	The starting date in the range of dates from which you wish to retrieve reports in the multiline.
Report Date To	The ending date in the range of dates until which the reports must be retrieved in the multiline. The system retrieves all the reports falling within this date range specified. Ensure that the date entered in this field is later than the “Report Date From”.
Created by	The login ID of the user who created the consolidated financial statement based on which you wish to make the search.
Reporting Structure	Use the drop-down list box to specify the reporting structure for which you wish to make the search. By default the system leaves this field blank.
Processing Status	Use the drop-down list box to specify the processing status of the consolidated financial statement based on which you wish to retrieve details in the multiline. The system displays the following options: In-Progress Not Processed Processed.

Select the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results in the multiline.
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results.

The system displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline, based on the search criteria entered.

Data Package Id	The system generated code identifying the registration of the request made for generation of a consolidated financial statement.
Report Type	The type of the consolidated financial statements which could be “One-Time” or “Recurring”.
Status	The status of the consolidated financial statements, which could be “Fresh”, “Active” or “Inactive”
Processing Status	The processing status of the consolidated financial statement.
Report Date	The date upto which the consolidated financial statements are retrieved.
Reporting Structure	The reporting structure selected for the data package Id.
Created By	The login ID of the user who created the consolidated financial statement.
Created Date	The date on which the consolidated financial statement was created.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select a Data Package Id.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
