View position qualification details

Viewing position qualification details

Select the “View Position Qualifications” hyperlink in the “View Position” page.
The “View Position Qualification” page appears.

The system displays the following details at the top of the page.

Unit Structure Setup	The organization unit in which the unit structure component is deployed. Tell me more.
Date Format	The date format that is applicable to the login user. Tell me more
Position Title	The title of the position.
Position Description	The description of the position.

The system displays the qualifications specified for the position in the “Qualification Required for Position” multiline.

Qualification Code	The unique code of the qualification required for the position. For example, if the required qualification for the position is MBA, the system displays the code specified for MBA.
Qualification Description	The description of the qualification.
Qualification Level	The level of the qualification, for example, graduation, postgraduation .
Qualification Type	The type of the qualification. The qualification type indicates whether the qualification pertains to a license, certification, degree etc.
Specialization	Indicates whether the qualification pertains to a specialization or otherwise.
Mandatory	Indicates whether the qualification is mandatory to the selected position or otherwise. “Yes” indicates the qualification is mandatory and “No” indicates otherwise.
