Recording position qualification
Select the “Edit Position-Qualifications” link in the “Edit Position” page.
The “Record Position Qualification” page appears. The system displays the following details at the top of the page.
Unit Structure Setup |
The organization unit in which the unit structure component is deployed for processing unit structure activities for the employment units interacting with it. |
Date Format |
The date that is applicable to the login user. If the user does not define the date format, the system will display the date format applicable to the Organization unit, which is defined in the “Enterprise Model Company Definitions”. |
Position Title |
The title of the position. |
Position Description |
The description of the position. |
The system displays the qualifications specified for the position in the “Qualification Required for Position” multi line. Make the necessary changes.
Select |
Select the check box corresponding the required qualification code to access help on the code. |
Qualification Code |
Enter the unique code of the qualification required for the position. For example, if the position requires an employee with an MBA degree, enter the code for MBA. This field is help-enabled |
The system displays the details applicable to the specified qualification in the corresponding columns of the multi line: “Qualification Description”, “Qualification Type”, “Qualification Level”, “Specialization”.
Mandatory |
From the drop down list box, select “Yes” or “No” to indicate whether the qualification is mandatory for holding the position or otherwise. |
To save edit position qualifications details
Select the “Save” push button.
The system saves the details.
