Employee Absent Report - A summary of the activity

This activity enables you to view the list of employees who were absent for the training. The Employee Absent Report gets generated for a training Calendar and employees absent during training at any duration of time during training, are recorded.

You can specify the report criteria, such as  training calendar unit, employment unit, training calendar, training area, range of training numbers, range of  absent dates, course code, course description, employee code, employee name, department code, department description, grade set code, grade set description, grade code and grade description for which you require to generate the report.

You can also enter the display criteria, which includes the date format or employee name format to view the report in a specific format . For example, if by default, date format is set as YYYY/MM/DD, the user can change the display format as DD/MM/YYYY and view the report in the format set by him/her.
