The system displays the

Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. |
Employee |
The name and the code of the employee. |
Program |
The code and description of the selected training program. |
Module |
The code and description of the selected module. |
Course |
The code and description of the selected course. |
Training No. |
The training number of the course. |
Start Date |
The start date of the selected course |
End Date |
The end date of the selected course. |
Planned Date |
The date on which the post evaluation was planned. |
Enter the following.
Note: It is not necessary that the post training evaluation will take place on the day when it has been planned to.
You must select the post training evaluation period while conducting the actual post training evaluation.
Period(No. of days) |
Select time period after which the post training evaluation takes place. Since it has more than one value, the system displays “Select” in the drop-down list box. Select the required time period of the post training evaluation from the drop-down list box. |
Conducted On |
The date on which the actual post training evaluation takes place. |
Specify the following details in the multiline.
Numeric Ratings

The numeric ratings for the evaluation tests. This value is displayed only when the grade is not specified. You cannot enter these ratings. |
Grade |
The grade obtained by the trainee. Since it has more than one value, the system displays “Select” in the drop- down list box. Select the required value from the drop- down list box. |
Remarks |
The remarks about the evaluation tests and the ratings given for the evaluation test. |

The test given to evaluate the candidate's performance after undergoing training. For example,aptitude test |
Weights (In %)
|
The weightage of the post evaluation test, in percentage. |
Minimum Desired Rating |
The minimum desired rating that has been defined to clear the evaluation tests. For example, the minimum desired rating can be 40. |
Maximum Rating |
The maximum desired ratings for the evaluation tests. For example, the maximum desired could be 100. |
Specify the following details below the multiline
Status |
Select the required value for the status of the post training evaluation. Since it has more than one value the system displays “select” in the drop list box. You can to select the required value from the drop-down list box. This field can take one of the following values: “completed’ and “not completed”. |
Comments |
Any comments pertaining to the post evaluation test |
Select the book beside the “Comments” field. The system
displays a dialog box containing the comments that were entered previously,
if any.
You can view, modify or delete the content.
Select
the “OK” pushbutton to save the details and return to the previous page.
Select the “Cancel” pushbutton to return to the previous
page without saving the details entered.
Select the “Save” pushbutton to save the details.
On selecting the “Save” pushbutton, the following
details are displayed.
Rating (In %) |
The rating for the post evaluation test, in percentage. |
Overall Post Training Evaluation Ratings (In%) |
The overall rating of the post training evaluation in percentage. |
