Basics of using a typical web page

       Select the “Training Summary Report” link from the left pane.

The “Training Summary Report” page appears.

The system displays the following in the group box:

Date Format

The format in which the date is displayed.

       Enter the following details in the “Report Criteria” group box:

Employment Unit

Use the drop-down list box to select the employment unit.  The system populates the values of all available employment unit descriptions. 

Discipline

Use the drop-down list box to select the discipline.  The system populates the quick code value descriptions defined for business process - organization structure and process variable - discipline.  Only those disciplines mapped to the departments for which login user has DLS permissions get loaded.

Course Category

Use the drop-down list box to select the course category.  The system populates the user defined quick codes for business process.

Course

Use the drop-down list box to select the course.  The system populates all the course descriptions applicable for the available category.

From Date

The start date of the training.

To Date

The end date of the training.

Note: Ensure that the entered “To Date” is greater than the “From Date”.

 To generate training summary report

       Select “Training Summary Report” link to launch the Training summary report.

The system displays the report in the report viewer.

  To generate training analysis report

       Select “Training Analysis Report” link to launch the Training analysis report.

The system displays the report in the report viewer.
