Select the “PDP Status Report” link from the left pane.
The “PDP Status Report” page appears.
The system displays the following in the group box:

Date Format |
The format in which the date is displayed. |
Ø Enter the following details in the “Report Criteria” group box:

Employment Unit |
Use the drop-down list box to select the employment unit. The system populates the values of all available employment unit descriptions. |

Join Date From |
The date range from when employees are joining. |
|
Join Date To |
The date range till when employees joined. |
Note: - The system displays 1 year prior to the current date in the “Join Date From” and “Join Date To” fields.

PDP Status As On |
The date entered here fetches the PDP status as on the given date. The system displays the current system date as default on launch of the page. |
Ø Enter the following details in the “Coursewise Summary” group box:

Department |
Use the drop-down list box to select the department. The system populates the department long descriptions that are applicable for the available employment units and for which login user has DLS permissions. |

Position |
Use the drop-down list box to select the position of the employee. The system populates the values “All” and “Summary” along with the position titles applicable for the available EMPIN and departments. The system displays the value “All” as default on launch of the page. |
To generate the PDP Status Coursewise summary report
Select the “PDP Status Coursewise Summary” link to launch the PDP Status course wise summary report.
The system displays the report in the report viewer.
Ø Enter the following details in the “Coursewise” group box:

Completion Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the completion status. The values “Both”, “No” and “Yes” get populated. The system displays the value “Both” as default on launch of the page. |
To generate the PDP status coursewise report
Select the “PDP Status coursewise” link to launch the PDP status coursewise report.
The system displays the report in the report viewer.
