Login User – Employee

The employee can view his/her training request details.

Search Training Section

Most Happening Section

View By

Select the required option to retrieve the training from the dropdown. The combo is loaded with “Courses Next Week”, “Fast Filling Up”, “Featured” and “Highly Recommended” options.

Course Next Week – If this option is selected, the system retrieves and displays the training courses which are scheduled in the next 7 days from all training calendars that are currently open.

Fast Filling Up – If this option is selected, the system retrieves and displays the fast filling training based on the system parameter “Percentage of seats left in the training” defined in the “Training” component.

Featured – If this option is selected, the system retrieves and displays the training courses which have the internal classification marked as “Featured” in the Course master activity of “Training” component and which are scheduled in the current training calendars.

Highly Recommended – If this option is selected, the system retrieves and displays the highly recommended courses if a particular course has average rating greater than or equal to system parameter “Average rating for highly recommended courses” and number of recommendations greater than or equal to system parameter “Number of recommendations for highly recommended courses” defined in the “Training” component.

The system displays the following

4   Name of the training

4   Date of Training

4   Timings of Training

4   Training Venue

4   Average overall rating of the training

4   Number of employees who have recommended the training

4   “Fill Rate” of the training  and “Seats Available” are displayed

4   Click  icon to create a training request and the status is changed to “Pending Approval” if approval is required, else the status is changed to “Approved. Pending Registration” if skip registration is set as “No” or “Approved. Pending Enrollment if skip registration is set as“Yes”.  You can skip the registration process and enroll for training using skip registration option.

The following message is displayed “Maximum number of participants reached. Training administrator would take a call on accommodating your request” if the maximum number of participants has been reached for a training course.

Tiles Section

This page consists of the following tiles:

4     Enrolled

4     Completed

4     Track Requests

4     Nominated

Tile: Enrolled

The total count of trainings for which the employee has been enrolled by the Training administrator is retrieved and displayed in the multiline.

The following details are displayed in the multiline:

Employee

The following details are displayed under this column:

4    Name of the enrolled employee.

4    Designation of the enrolled employee.

Training

 

The following details are displayed under this column:

4   Name of the training. It could be Program / Module / Course description. Click the icon to view the respective details.

4   Venue of the training.

4   Status of the training.

Note: The system displays the status as “Attendance Update Pending” if the training has been completed but attendance update is still pending. Once the attendance is updated and it is confirmed that the employee has attended the training, then the training details are displayed under the “Completed” tile.

The status is updated as “Not Attended (Date(s))”, if the employee is absent for the training.

Course Material

  • Click  icon to view the course material. On click of this icon, the corresponding URL for the course material launches.

Legend:

Tile: Completed

The total count of all training attended by the employee in the past 365 days and courses where the attendance records have been updated is retrieved and displayed in the multiline. By default, the list of completed trainings in the past one year will be displayed. Courses for which feedback update is pending will be displayed first. For programs and modules, only details of underlying courses would be displayed but not the programs and modules themselves.

Ø   Expand + Search field which acts as a keyword search and enables the user to fetch details of completed training. Enter the desired training details in the keyword, select the From Date, To Date and click “Get” button to fetch details of completed training.

Ø  Click “” hyperlink to launch the Adhoc External Training pop-up.

Employee

The following details are displayed under this column:

4    Name of the employee.

4    Designation of the employee.

Training

 

The following details are displayed under this column:

4   Click the icon to view the course details.

4   Name of the training course or external training. Click the icon to view the course or external training details.

4   Name of the Service Provider.

4   Venue of the training.

Schedule

The following detail is displayed under this column:

4   Date(s) of the training

Attachment

  • Click  icon to attach any attachment added in the external training. On clicking the Icon the Attachment pop-up appears.

Feedback

  • Click  icon to add the feedback for the training. On clicking the Icon the Record Feedback pop-up appears.

Note: The feedback icon is visible only if the feedback is not updated for the completed course and with the updated attendance.

Note: If the course material link has been updated for a training course, then the course material icon will be displayed. Click the course material icon to launch the URL corresponding to the course material.

Legend:

Tile: Track Requests

The total count of all trainings requests prior to enrollment and submitted till date is retrieved and displayed in the multiline. By default, the list of training request submitted in descending order of training date(s) will be displayed. Once the training enrollment is done, the details of the training request would not be displayed here but the details of the training would be displayed under the “Enrolled” tile.

Employee

The following details are displayed under this column:

4    Name of the employee.

4    Designation of the employee.

Training

 

The following details are displayed under this column:

4   Name of the training. It could be Program / Module / Course description. Click the icon to view the respective details.

4   Venue of the training.

4   Status of the training.

Note: The system displays the status as “Pending Approval”, “Enrolled”, “Rejected” and “Registered. Pending Enrollment” if the skip parameter is set as Yes or “Approved. Pending Registration” if the skip parameter is set as No.

The status is updated as “Registered. Pending Enrollment (Request Lapsed)”, if the training request does not reach the enrollment stage and training has gone past the training date. The status is updated as “Rejected”, if the training request got rejected. If the status is “Request lapsed” the details of the last status before the request got lapsed would also be displayed.

Seats Available

The following detail is displayed under this column:

4    Seats Available.

Delete

  • Click  icon to delete the training request. This icon is visible only if the training is in “Pending Approval” status.

Legend:

Tile: Nominated

The total count is displayed in the tile and the details of the training are displayed in the multiline in this tile.

Employee

The following details are displayed under this column:

4    Name of the nominated employee.

4    Designation of the nominated employee.

Training

 

The following details are displayed under this column:

4   Name of the training. It could be Program / Module / Course description. Click the icon to view the respective details.

4   Venue of the training.

4   Status of the training.

Note: The system displays the status as “Pending Approval”, “Enrolled”, “Rejected” and “Registered. Pending Enrollment” if the skip parameter is set as Yes or “Approved. Pending Registration” if the skip parameter is set as No.

The status is updated as “Request Lapsed”, if the training request does not reach the enrollment stage and training has gone past the training date. The status is updated as “Rejected”, if the training request got rejected.

Seats Available

The following detail is displayed under this column:

4    Seats Available.

Accept

  • Click  icon to accept the training nomination.

Decline

  • Click  icon to decline the training nomination. On click of this icon, a “Decline Training Nomination” pop-up appears.

The following details are displayed in the pop-up

4Name, Venue, Date and Status of the training.

4Enter the reason for decline in “Remarks” and click “Decline” button.

Note: Accept and Decline icon is not visible if the employee acceptance is not required as per system parameter and the status of the training will be registered as soon as the supervisor nominates the employee for the training.

Login User – Supervisor

The supervisor can view the training request details of self and his/her subordinates.

Search Training Section

Most Happening Section

View By

Select the required option to retrieve the training from the dropdown. The combo is loaded with “Courses Next Week”, “Fast Filling Up”, “Featured” and “Highly Recommended” options.

Course Next Week – If this option is selected, the system retrieves and displays the training courses which are scheduled in the next 7 days from all training calendars that are currently open.

Fast Filling Up – If this option is selected, the system retrieves and displays the fast filling training based on the system parameter “Percentage of seats left in the training” defined in the “Training” component.

Featured – If this option is selected, the system retrieves and displays the training courses which have the internal classification marked as “Featured” in the Course master activity of “Training” component and which are scheduled in the current training calendars.

Highly Recommended – If this option is selected, the system retrieves and displays the highly recommended courses if a particular course has average rating greater than or equal to system parameter “Average rating for highly recommended courses” and number of recommendations greater than or equal to system parameter “Number of recommendations for highly recommended courses” defined in the “Training” component.

The system displays the following

4   Name of the training

4   Date of Training

4   Timings of Training

4   Training Venue

4   Average overall rating of the training

4   Number of employees who have recommended the training

4   “Fill Rate” of the training  and “Seats Available” are displayed

4   Click  icon to create a training request and the status is changed to “Pending Approval” if approval is required, else the status is changed to “Approved. Pending Registration” if skip registration is set as “No” or “Approved. Pending Enrollment if skip registration is set as“Yes”.  You can skip the registration process and enroll for training using skip registration option.

The following message is displayed “Maximum number of participants reached. Training administrator would take a call on accommodating your request” if the maximum number of participants has been reached for a training course.

4   Click  icon to view the training status of the entire team.

Tiles Section

View By

Select the required option to retrieve the training of self or his/her team members from dropdown. The combo is loaded with “Me”, “My Team”, “Me & My Team” and “Employee Name and Employee Code” options.

Me – If this option is selected, the system retrieves and displays his/her training details in all four tiles.

My Team – If this option is selected, the system retrieves and displays his/her team members training records in all four tiles.

Me & My Team – If this option is selected, the system retrieves and displays self and team members training records in all four tiles.

Employee Name and Employee Code - If this option is selected, the system retrieves and displays the selected employee’s training records in all four tiles.

This page consists of the following tiles:

4     Enrolled

4     Completed

4     Track Requests

4     Nominated

Tile: Enrolled

The list of training to which the subordinates have enrolled and which are upcoming training is retrieved and displayed in the multiline. The list of training is sorted in the descending order of the training date.

The following details are displayed in the multiline:

Employee

The following details are displayed under this column:

4    Name of the enrolled employee.

4    Designation of the enrolled employee.

Training

 

The following details are displayed under this column:

4   Name of the training. It could be Program / Module / Course description. Click the icon to view the respective details.

4   Venue of the training.

4   Status of the training.

Note: The system displays the status as “Attendance Update Pending” if the training has been completed but attendance update is still pending. Adhoc External Training

This pop-up allows you to add external training details for the employee.

Training Name

The name of the external training.

Service Provider

The name of the service provider. Ex: Training Institute.

Date Attended

From and To date of which the employee attended the training.

Attachment

  • Click icon to attach the training document. Ex: Certificate provided on completion of the session.

The following details are displayed in the multiline:

4    Designation of the employee.

4   Click the icon to view the course details.

4   Name of the training course or external training. Click the icon to view the course or external training details.

Tile: Tracking Requests

The list of training request submitted for approval is retrieved and displayed in the multiline. By default, the list of training request submitted in ascending order will be displayed.

Employee

The following details are displayed under this column:

4    Name of the employee.

4    Designation of the employee.

Training

 

The following details are displayed under this column:

4   Name of the training. It could be Program / Module / Course description. Click the icon to view the respective details.

4   Venue of the training.

4   Status of the training.

Note: The system displays the status as “Pending Approval”, “Enrolled”, “Rejected” and “Approved. Pending Enrollment” if the skip parameter is set as Yes.
