The following fields are displayed at the top of the page.

Employee

The unique code and name of selected employee for whom you want to record the pre course discussion details.

Supervisor

The supervisor of the employee

Assignment No

The number of the assignment allotted to the employee.

Program              

The name of the training program.

Module

The name of the module in the training program.

Course

The name of the course.

Training No.

The sequence number of the training course.

Month / Quarter

The month or quarter during which the course is conducted.

Start Date

The start date of the training course.

End Date

The end date of the training course.

 

Discussion Status

Current status of the discussion.

The following field is displayed in the “Performance Rating” multiline.         

Performance Target Set

The performance target set in the post course discussion.

Rating Achieved (1-5)

The rating that the employee has scored in the training course.

Remarks

Any comments on the rating that the employee scored.

The system displays the rating in percentage in the “Rating (in %)” field.

The system displays the overall rating in the “Overall Rating (in %)” field.

The system displays the corporate KPI details and the remarks in the “Corporate Key Performance Indicators” multiline.

The system displays the department KPI details and remarks in the “Department Key Performance Indicators” multiline.

Corporate KPI were met

Select the check box to indicate that the trainee achieved the corporate KPIs as a result of training.

Leave the box unchecked to indicate the contrary.

Department KPI were met

Select the check box to indicate that the trainee achieved the department KPIs as a result of training.

Leave the box unchecked to indicate the contrary.

Comments 1

Any suggestions or opinion on the employee’s performance.

Certification Required

Select the check box to indicate that certification is necessary.

Enter the details of the certificate in the field provided alongside.

Date of Certification

The date on which the certificate was granted.
