The number of the assignment allotted to the employee. | |

The name of the training program. | |

The name of the module in the training program. | |

The sequence number of the training course. | |
Month / Quarter |
The month or quarter during which the course is conducted. | |
Start Date |
The start date of the training course. | |
End Date |
The end date of the training course. | |
Discussion Status |
Current status of the discussion. |
Enter the date on which the post course review is held in the “Conducted On” field.
The following field is displayed in the “Performance Rating” multiline.
Performance Target Set |
The performance target set in the post course discussion. |
Enter the following fields in the “Performance Rating” multiline.
Rating Achieved (1-5) |
The rating that the employee has scored in the training course. |
Remarks |
Any comments on the rating that the employee scored. |
The system displays the rating in percentage in the “Rating (in %)” field.
Select the “Compute Overall Rating” pushbutton.
The system displays the overall rating in the “Overall Rating (in %)” field.
Enter your remarks on the rating in the “Comments” field.
The system displays the corporate KPI details and the remarks in the “Corporate Key Performance Indicators” multiline.
The system displays the department KPI details and remarks in the “Department Key Performance Indicators” multiline.
To record supervisor’s comments during post course review
Select the “My Trainee’s Performance Target Were Met” check box to indicate that your trainee has achieved the target that was fixed in the post course discussion.
Enter the factors that contributed to the trainee’s performance in the “Reason” field.
To record details of trainee’s performance improvement
Enter the following fields in the “Improvements Observed in the Performance after the Training” group box.

Select the check box to indicate that the trainee achieved the corporate KPIs as a result of training. Leave the box unchecked to indicate the contrary. |

Select the check box to indicate that the trainee achieved the department KPIs as a result of training. Leave the box unchecked to indicate the contrary. |
Comments 1 |
Any suggestions or opinion on the employee’s performance. |

Certification Required |
Select the check box to indicate that certification is necessary. Enter the details of the certificate in the field provided alongside. |

To delete post course review record
Select the course for which you want to delete the post course review in the “Select Employee to Record Learning Track” page.
Select the “Record Post Course Review” link.
The “Record Post Course Review” page appears with the details of the selected course.
Select the “Delete” pushbutton.
