Language |
The language you selected in the previous page is displayed. From the “Language” drop-down list box, you can select any other language, to retrieve the record in the selected language. |
4 Select the program, either through the “Direct Entry” group box or through the “Search Criteria” group box.
To select through Direct Entry
Use this method if you know the complete code of the program.
4 Enter the code of the program you want to modify or delete, in the “Program Code” field.
4 Select the “Edit Program” link
4 The “Edit Program” page appears. All details of the selected record are displayed.
4 To edit the program, refer to the topic “Editing the program”.
To select through Search Criteria
Use this method, if you know just a few characters of the program code or the program description.
4 Enter the following search criteria values, in some or all of the following fields.

Program Code |
To view the program codes containing specific characters, type in the starting character(s) of the program codes. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example, PRG1*, will search for those program codes that start with PRG1. Other examples are *PRG1, P*1 and PRG* . |

Program Short Description |
To view all the program short descriptions containing specific characters, type in the starting character (s) of the description. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example, OrgPrg*, will search for those program short descriptions that start with OrgPrg*,. Other examples are *Org, Org*l, and *OrgPrg* . |
4 Select the “ Search” pushbutton.
4 The system displays the following details in the multiline, for the program records that satisfy the search criteria specified.

Program Code |
The unique code that identifies the program. |

Program Short Description |
A brief description of the program. |
4 Check the "Select" checkbox beside the "Program Code"and click on the hyperlinked Program Short Description".
4 The “Edit Program” page appears. All details of the selected record are displayed.
