The following field is displayed in the “Performance Rating” multiline.
Performance Target Set |
The performance target set in the post course discussion. |
Enter the following fields in the “Performance Rating” multiline.
Rating Achieved (1-5) |
The rating that the employee has scored in the performance target. |
Remarks |
Any comments on the rating that the employee scored. |
Enter your remarks on the rating in the “Comments” field.
The system displays the corporate KPI details in the “Corporate Key Performance Indicators” multiline.
The system displays the department KPI details in the “Department Key Performance Indicators” multiline.
To record supervisor’s comments during post course review
Select the “My Trainee’s Performance Target Were Met” check box to indicate that the trainee has achieved the target that was fixed in the post course discussion.
Enter the factors that contributed to the trainee’s performance in the “Reason” field.
To record details of trainee’s performance improvement
Enter the following fields in the “Improvements Observed in the Performance after the Training” group box.
