Use this page to retrieve a holiday master by means of a search.

• Select the help icon beside the “Holiday master” field.

• The “Help on Holiday Master” page appears.

• The Date from the previous page is displayed.

• Enter the following search criteria values, in some or all of the following fields.

Holiday master Code	To view the holiday master codes containing specific characters, type in the starting character(s) of the holiday master codes.
	Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example, HM3*, will search for those holiday master codes that start with HM3 Other examples are *M3 and H*3
Holiday master Description	To view the holiday master descriptions containing specific characters, type in the starting character(s) of the holiday master descriptions.
Alias	To view the alias containing specific characters, type in the starting character(s) of the alias.
Effective From	To view all holiday masters effective from a given date, enter this time.
Effective To	To view all holiday masters effective until a given date, enter this time.
	Example, Enter the holiday master code HM2002* the alias LV1*, and the effective to date as 31 December 2002. The system will retrieve all holiday masters whose holiday master codes start with HM2002, whose aliases start with LV1, and whose effective end dates are 31 December 2002.

• Select the “ Search” pushbutton.

Note: If only one search criteria value is entered, the system will fetch the records that satisfy this value.

If more than one search criteria value is entered, the system will fetch the records satisfying all the specified values.

If you do not enter any value in the search criteria group box and select the “Search” pushbutton, the system will fetch all the records that are applicable to the selected reimbursement claim unit.

• The system displays the following details in the multiline, for the holiday master records that satisfy the search criteria specified.

Holiday master Code	The code that uniquely identifies each holiday master
Holiday Master Description	The description of the holiday master
Alias	The code that constitutes the alias of the holiday master
Effective From	The date from which this holiday master becomes effective
Effective To	The date until which this holiday master is effective

• From the multiline, select a holiday master record by checking the “Select” box contained in the record.

• Select the “OK” pushbutton at the bottom of the page

Help on holiday master - An overview

You can find and select a holiday master, by specifying some or all of the following search criteria:

• One or more continuous characters of which code and description of the holiday master consists

• The alias of the holiday master

• The date starting from which the holiday master is effective

• The date until which the holiday master is effective

The system retrieves all the holiday masters  that satisfy the search criteria you specified. For instance, if you specified HOL1 as the holiday master code and 1 January 2002 as the date from which the holiday master is effective, the system will retrieve all holiday masters whose holiday master codes start with HOL1 and whose effective periods start on 1 January 2002.
