Getting help on appraisal objectives

Select the help icon from the “Objective Code” field in the previous page.
The “Help on Appraisal Objectives” page appears.
The system displays the following from the previous page.

Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. |

Employment Unit |
The employment unit of the selected employee. |

Objective Type |
The type of objective |
Enter the following in the “Search Criteria” group box

Appraisal Objective Code |
To view all objectives whose codes contain one or more specified characters, enter this character/s in combination with wild cards. |
Select the “Search” pushbutton.
The multiline displays the following details of the records that satisfy your search criteria

Appraisal Objective Code |
The unique appraisal objective code. |

Objective Description |
The description of each objective assigned to the appraiser. |
|
Objective Detailed Description |
A detailed description of the objective. |
|
Inactive |
Indicates whether the appraisal objective is inactive or not. |
In the multiline, check the “Select” box contained in the Objective code record that you want to select.
Select the “OK” pushbutton.
