Viewing payset details
Ensure that you are in the “Select Payset Type to View” page and the required payset is selected
Select “View Payset” hyperlink at the bottom of the page.
The following details are displayed of the payset:
Payroll Definition Unit |
The organization unit group selected in the previous page. |
Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. |
Payroll Description |
The description of the payroll selected in the previous page. |
Payset Code |
The unique code of each payset that satisfies the search criteria |
Payset short Description |
The unique short description of the of the selected payset record |
Payset Long Description |
The long description of the selected of the payset record. |
Currency |
The currency in which payset is maintained |
Round Type |
The type of rounding off that is specified for the payset. It is one of the following: “Floor”’ “Ceiling”, “Actual” or “Nearest”. |
Round Factor |
The value that determines the extent of rounding off. |
Take Home Pay |
The mode by which the minimum take-home pay is calculated. It will be one of the following: “Amount”, “Percentage” or “Rule”. |
Amount |
If the “Minimum Take Home Pay” field displays “Amount”, the exact take home amount is displayed. Otherwise, this field is blank. |
Percentage |
If the “Minimum Take Home Pay” field displays “Percentage”, the percentage of gross salary that forms the minimum take-home pay is displayed. Otherwise, this field is blank. |
Rule |
If the “Minimum Take Home Pay” field displays “Rule”, the rule or formula name that drives the minimum take home pay is displayed. Otherwise, this field is blank. |
Ensure that you are in the “View Payset” page, and the payset details are displayed
Choose the required language from the ”Language” drop-down list box.
The fields in the page are displayed in the language you had selected in the “Language” drop-down list box.
Select the book icon beside the “Comments” field. The system displays a dialog box containing the comments that were entered previously, if any.
You can view the content.
Select the Cancel icon on the web page tool bar, to return to the previous page.
