Payroll Description

Payset Code

The payset selected in the previous page.

Payset Description

The description of the payset selected.

Pay Element

The unique code of the pay element selected in the previous page.

Pay Element Description

The description of the pay element selected.

Amount

If the value of the pay element is to be a flat amount, enter the amount.

Rule

If the value is based on a rule, enter the rule name. Note that the rule is defined in the “Stored Procedure Builder”.

Effective from Process period

The process period for which the pay element is to be processed.

Arrears

Select “Yes” to indicate that the value will be effective for arrears also. Select “No” to indicate that the value is applicable to the specified process period

Whether a history of modifications is maintained: You can decide whether the system must maintain a history of the modifications that will be carried out on the payset-pay element mapping. If you opt for it, you are to also provide the process period from which the current modification will come into effect
