Selecting a recurring pay element for viewing employees’ mapping

Select "View Recurring Values – for an element" from the left pane.
The "Select Recurring Pay Element for Viewing Employee’s Mapping " page appears.
The system displays the following field.

From the “Employee – Element Data Unit” drop-down list box, select the employee – element data unit for which the pay element value for employees must be viewed.
Select the required payroll from the “Payroll” drop- down list box. All the payrolls mapped to the employee pay element value are now available in the “Payroll” drop- down list box.
From the “Payset” drop-down list box, select a payset. All the paysets that are mapped to the selected payroll are now available in the “Payset” drop- down list box.
Enter the following fields In the “Search Criteria“ group box.

Pay Element Code |
To view all the pay element codes containing specific characters, enter the starting characters of a pay element. Note that the pay element you finally select must be one that was defined as “recurring” in the “Define Pay Element” page. |

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. For example if you enter the characters HO0*, the system displays all the pay element records whose pay element codes start with HO0. Other examples are H*0 and *00*. |

Pay Element Description |
To view pay element records whose descriptions contain specific characters, type in the starting character/s of these characters or any combination with wild cards. For example, if you enter “*HO*”, the system displays all the pay element record descriptions starting with or containing the characters “HO”. |
Select the “Search” pushbutton.
All the pay element records satisfying the search criteria are displayed in the multiline.
Note: If only one search criteria value is entered, the system will fetch the records that satisfy this value. If more than one search criteria value is entered, the system will fetch the records satisfying all the specified values. If you do not enter any value in the search criteria group box and select the “Search” pushbutton, the system will fetch all the records created zin the selected Employee - Element data unit.

Select a record by checking in the “Select” column beside the record.
Select the pay element record whose employee mapping details are to be viewed.
