Employee – Element Data Unit

The payset selected in the previous page.

Pay Element Code

The code of the pay element selected in the previous page. Ensure that the pay element was defined as “non-recurring” in the “Define Pay Element” page.

Pay Element Description

The description of the pay element code

Employee Code

The code of the employee for whom the value of the non-recurring pay element is specified.

Employee Name

The employee name.

Assign.

The employee’s assignment number, based on which the pay element value is assigned for the employee.

Amount

If the pay element value is specified in terms of a specific amount, this amount is displayed

Rule

If the value of the pay element is specified by a rule, the rule is displayed.

 Note: Either “Amount” or “Rule is displayed, for an employee-assignment record.

Process Period

The process period from which the pay element value came into effect

Arrears
