Viewing Employees’ mapping to non recurring pay element
Ensure that you are in the “Select Non-Recurring Pay Element to view employee’s mapping ” page and that you have selected the pay element for which values are to be viewed
Select the pay element record whose details are to be viewed.
The “View Employees’ Mapping to Non-Recurring Pay Element” page appears.
The system also displays the following.
Employee – Element Data Unit |
The employee – element data unit selected in the previous page. |
Date Format |
The date format as applicable to the login user. Tell me more |
Payroll |
The payroll selected in the previous page. |
Payset |
The payset selected in the previous page. |
Pay Element Code |
The code of the pay element selected in the previous page. Ensure that the pay element was defined as “non-recurring” in the “Define Pay Element” page. |

The description of the pay element code |
Select the “Show Mapping” pushbutton.
The multiline displays the following details of the employees for whom the value of this pay element has been specified.
Employee Code |
The code of the employee for whom the value of the non-recurring pay element is specified. |
Employee Name |
The employee name. |
Assign. |
The employee’s assignment number, based on which the pay element value is assigned for the employee. |
Amount |
If the pay element value is specified in terms of a specific amount, this amount is displayed |
Rule |
If the value of the pay element is specified by a rule, the rule is displayed. |
Note: Either “Amount” or “Rule is displayed, for an employee-assignment record.
Process Period |
The process period from which the pay element value came into effect |
Arrears |
“Yes” indicates that the pay element value is applicable for arrears. “NO” indicates that the pay element value is not applicable for arrears. |
