Entering the bonus fixed component percentage
Select the “Performance Based Bonus Percentage (Fixed Component)” link from left pane.
The “Bonus Fixed Component Percentage Based on Performance” page appears.
The system displays following.
Date Format |
The date format as applicable to the login user. Tell me more |
Enter the following.
Organization Unit |
From the drop-down list, select the required organization unit. Tell me more |
Payroll Calendar |
From the drop-down list, select the required payroll calendar. |
Performance Year |
From the drop-down list, select the performance year for which the profit sharing bonus is being considered. |
Performance Rating |
From the drop-down list, select the performance rating of the grade set for the appraisal year that is to be considered. The drop-down list displays the values ”Exception”, “Good”, “Above Average”, “Average”, and “Under-Performed”. |
Payable Period |
The process period in which the bonus element is payable to the employees. Help Available |
The system displays following.
Performance From |
The starting date of the period of the performance year. |
Performance To |
The ending date of the period of the performance year. |
Select the “Get” pushbutton to retrieve the existing entries, if any.
Enter / edit the following in the multiline.
Grade Set |
The unique code that identifies a grade set. Help Available |
Payable Percentage |
The bonus fixed component percentage that is payable for the performance rating for the grade set. |
Remarks |
Enter your remarks pertaining to the bonus rates, if any. |
Select the “Save” pushbutton.
The system saves the details entered.
