This activity allows you to record and modify the previous employment income details of an employee for the purpose of computing the outstanding amount for the tax year. You can record or modify the previous employment income details for a tax year.

Use the drop-down list box to select the tax year to record the employee optional deduction details. The combo is loaded with the “Tax Years” defined in the “Create Tax Year” activity of “Malaysia Statutory - Master Definition” component. The system displays “Select” by default on launch of the page.

Employee Code

The identification code of an employee.

Previous Employer Name

The previous employer name in which the employee had worked with.

Employment From

The date of joining of an employee in the previous company.

Employment To

The date of separation of an employee in the previous company.

Taxable Income

The income for which the tax is applicable.

Total Tax Paid

The tax paid for the total income.

Total EPF Paid

The total EPF contribution done in previous company

The system saves the details.
