Getting help on organization details

Select the help icon from the “Organization Code” field in the previous page.
The “Help on Organization Details” page appears.
Enter the following in the “Search Criteria” group box

Organization Code |
To view all the organization codes containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these organization codes in any combination with wild card "*". |
|
Organization |
To view all the organization containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these organization in any combination with wild card "*". |
Select the “Search” pushbutton.
The multiline displays the following details of the records that satisfy your search criteria
|
Organization Code |
A unique code to identify the organization code. |
|
Organization |
The name of the organization. |
|
City |
The name of the city, where the organization is located. |
|
Country |
The name of the country, where the organization is located. |
In the multiline, check the “Select” box contained in the organization code record that you want to select.
Select the “OK” pushbutton.
