Ensure that you are in the “Help on Session Id” page.
The system displays the following.

Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. |
|
Leave Processing Unit |
The organization unit where the “Employee Leave Setup” component is deployed to process the various leave types, for all the employment units interacting with it. |
Enter the following search criteria values, in one or all of the following fields.

Session Id From |
The session id from which the processing of the entitlement needs to be done. |
|
Session Id To |
The session id to which the processing of the entitlement needs to be done. |
|
Date of Execution |
The date on which the processing is done and hence the session id is generated. |
Select the “Search” pushbutton to view the list of session id records satisfying these search criteria.
The system displays the following details in the multiline for the session id records that satisfy the combination of search criteria.

Session Id |
It is mandatory for a leave entitlement. The session id which uniquely identifies the leave is generated to carry out the processing of a leave entitlement. |

User Name |
The name of the user who has logged in to perform the process. |
|
Role |
The role of the user who has logged in to process. |
|
Date of Execution |
The date on which the processing takes place. |
Click on the “Select” checkbox corresponding to the required session id. After selecting the required session id from the multiline, select the “OK” pushbutton.
The previous page reappears and the session id code is displayed in the “Session Id” field.
