Viewing the status of data transfer

Select the “View Status of Data Transfer” link from the left pane.
The system displays the “View Status of Data Transfer” page.
Select the organization unit where the Data Transfer component is deployed in the “Data Transfer Unit” drop-down list box.
The date format that is applicable to the login user is displayed.
Use the “Search Criteria” group box to filter the records based on the following fields
Interface Group |
Select the interface group. |
Interface Type |
Select the interface type displayed is either “upload” or “download”, as interfaces are grouped mainly by two interface types: upload or download. |
Session Id |
Select the session id of the data transfer records for which you wish to abort or reset the data transfer process. |
From Date |
Select the date from which you wish to fetch the data transfer records. |
To Date |
Select the date until which you wish to fetch the data transfer records. |
Select the “Search” pushbuttons to fetch the records that match the above search criteria and for which the data transfer process has been initiated.
To abort/reset a data transfer process
The system displays the following in the multiline:
Interface Type |
The interface type displayed is either “upload” or “download”, as interfaces are grouped mainly by two interface types: upload or download. |
Interface Group Description |
The description of the interface group. |
Interface Description |
The description of the interface. |
Session Id |
The session id of the data transfer records for which you wish to abort or reset the data transfer process. |
Status |
The status of the data transfer processs. The values displayed may be “initiated”, “Processed”, “Aborted” or “Reset” |
Accept(Yes/No) |
Select “yes” if you wish to perform either abort or reset a data transfer process and select the appropriate button below(either abort or reset). Select “No” otherwise. |
Date/Time of Transfer |
The date/time when the data transfer is initiated |
Select “Abort” pushbutton to abort the data transfer process of interface selected above.
Select “Reset” pushbutton to reset the data transfer process of the interface selected above.
