Viewing summary of data transfer

Select the “View Summary Data Transfer” link from the “View Status of Data Transfer” page, or
Select the "View Summary Data Transfer" link from the "Perform Data Transfer" page.
The “View Summary Data Transfer” page appears.
The system displays the following
|
Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. |
|
Data Transfer Unit |
The data transfer unit selected in the previous page. |
Enter/Edit the following .
|
Interface Type |
From the drop-down list box, select the interface type as either “upload” or “download”. |
|
Interface Group |
From the drop-down list box, select the interface group. |
|
Interface Description |
From the drop-down list box, select the description of the interface. |
|
Session Id |
The session id of the data transfer record for which you require to view the data transfer summary. Help Available |
The system displays the following
|
Date/Time of Transfer |
The date/time when the data transfer is initiated. |
|
Status |
The status of the data transfer process. The values displayed may be “Initiated”, Processed”, Terminated (System), Terminated, “Aborted” or “Reset”. |
|
System Error |
The error generated by the system due to abnormal failures during the data transfer. |
|
Records Downloaded/Updated |
The number of records downloaded or updated. |
|
Records Uploaded |
The number of records uploaded. |
|
Records Passed |
The number of records that were successfully uploaded/downloaded. |
|
Records Failed |
The number of records that failed to get uploaded/downloaded during the data transfer. |
Select the “Get” pushbutton to view the error log details
The system displays the following in the “Error Log” multiline.

Error Description |
The error description for the session id on upload of the data. |
