Selecting a benchmark job level to view

Select “View Benchmark Job Level” from the left pane.
The “Select Benchmark Job Level to View” page appears.
Specify the following to select a benchmark job level, whose details you want to view.

Hierarchies Unit	The description of the Hierarchies Unit for which the organization Hierarchy is defined. Select the required Hierarchy Unit from the drop-down list box.
Language	The language in which the user logged in. Select the appropriate language from the drop-down list box.

A blank multiline appears, containing the following fields: “Benchmark Job Level Code”, “Benchmark Job Level Short Description” and “Benchmark Job Level Long Description”.
Select the Benchmark Job Level record, either through the “Direct Entry” group box or through the “Search Criteria” group box.

To select through Direct Entry

Use this method if you know the complete code of the required Benchmark Job Level.

Enter the complete code of the Benchmark Job Level in the “Benchmark Job Level Code” field.
Select the “View Benchmark Job Level” hyperlink beside.
The “View Benchmark Job Level” page appears. All details of the selected record are displayed.
To View Benchmark Job Level, refer to the topic “Viewing a Benchmark Job level”.

To select through Search Criteria

Use this method if you know just a few characters of the Benchmark Job Code. In the search criteria group box, specify the search criteria based on which the system will fetch the records.

To specify the search criteria, you must enter one or more characters that the Benchmark Job Level code contains. Search based on wild card characters is also supported. To narrow your search to the closest matching records, you can also enter search criteria for the short and long descriptions of the Benchmark Job Level.

Enter the following search criteria values, in some or all of the following fields.

Benchmark Job Level Code	To view all the Benchmark Job Level Codes containing specific characters, type in a starting range of these characters along with the wild card character . For example, if you type in BJL, the system will display all the Benchmark Job Level records having the prefix BJL.
Benchmark Job Level short Description	To view all Benchmark Job Level short descriptions containing specific characters, type in a range of these characters along with the wild card character "". Examples: job level, Benchmark*.
Benchmark Job Level Long Description	To view all Benchmark Job Level long descriptions containing specific characters, type in a range of these characters along with the wild card character "". Examples: job level, Benchmark*..

Select the “Search” pushbutton.

Note: If only one search criteria value is entered, the system will fetch the records that satisfy this value.
If more than one search criteria value is entered, the system will fetch the records satisfying all the specified values.
If you do not enter any value in the search criteria group box and select the “Search” pushbutton, the system will fetch all the records that are available for the selected organization structure unit.

The system displays the following details in the multiline, for the Benchmark Job Level records that satisfy the search criteria specified.

Benchmark Job Level Code	A unique code of the Benchmark Job Level.
Benchmark Job Level Short Description	The short description of the Benchmark Job Level.
Benchmark Job Level Long Description	The long description of the Benchmark Job Level.

Select the data hyperlink on the short description of the required Benchmark Job Level record in the multiline.
The system displays the “View Benchmark Job Level Details” page, which you can use to view the details.
