To associate an organizational unit job level to the benchmark job level, specify the following:

Hierarchies Unit |
The description of the Hierarchies Unit for which the organization hierarchy is defined. Select the required hierarchy unit from the drop-down list box. |

Unit structure Setup |
The description of the unit structure setup for which the hierarchies unit is interacting with. Select the required unit structure unit from the drop-down list box. |
You can see the following details in the multiline: “Job Level code”, Job Level Description”, Benchmark Job Level code”, “Benchmark Job Level Short Description” and “Select”.
Click inside the “Select” column corresponding to the required Job Level record in the multiline.

A unique code of the Job Level defined in the organizational unit. |

A brief description given to the Job Level defined in the organizational unit. |

Benchmark Job Level Code |
The unique code of each benchmark job level |

Select the “Save Mapping” push button to save the details. |
