Select “Edit Benchmark Job Level” from the left pane.
The “Select Benchmark Job Level to Edit” page appears.
Specify the following to select a benchmark job level for editing
Hierarchies Unit |
The description of the hierarchies unit for which the organization hierarchy is defined. Select the required hierarchy unit from the drop-down list box. |
Language |
The language in which the user logged in. Select the appropriate language from the drop-down list box. |
A blank multiline appears, containing the following fields: “Benchmark Job Level Code”, “Benchmark Job Level Short Description” and “Benchmark Job Level Long Description”.
Select the Benchmark Job Level record, either through the “Direct Entry” group box or through the “Search Criteria” group box.
Use this method if you know the complete code of the required Benchmark Job Level.
Enter the complete code of the Benchmark Job Level in the “Benchmark Job Level Code” field.
Select the “Edit Benchmark Job Level” hyperlink beside.
The “Edit Benchmark Job Level” page appears. All details of the selected record are displayed.
To edit Benchmark Job Level, refer to the topic “Editing a Benchmark Job level”.
Use this method if you know just a few characters of the Benchmark Job Code. In the search criteria group box, specify the search criteria based on which the system will fetch the records.
To specify the search criteria, you must enter one or more characters that the Benchmark Job Level code contains. Search based on wild card characters is also supported. To narrow your search to the closest matching records, you can also enter search criteria for the short and long descriptions of the Benchmark Job Level.
Enter the following search criteria values, in some or all of the following fields.

Select the “Search” pushbutton.
Note:
If only one search criteria value is entered, the system will fetch the
records that satisfy this value.
If more than one search criteria value is entered, the system
will fetch the records satisfying all the specified values.
If you do not enter any value in the search criteria group
box and select the “Search” pushbutton, the system will fetch all the
records that are available for the selected organization structure unit.
The system displays the following details in the multiline, for the Benchmark Job Level records that satisfy the search criteria specified.

The short description of the Benchmark Job Level.
