Select “Create Benchmark Job Level ” from left pane
The “Create Benchmark Job Level ” page appears.
To create a benchmark job level, specify the following:

Hierarchies Unit |
The description of the hierarchies unit for which the organization hierarchy is defined. Select the required hierarchy unit from the drop-down list box. |
You can see the following details in the “Benchmark Job Level Details” multiline below:

Benchmark Job Level Code |
The unique code of each Benchmark Job Level. |

Benchmark Job Level Short Description |
The unique description of each Benchmark Job Level. |
|
Benchmark Job Level Long Description |
A more elaborate description of the benchmark job level. |
Click on the “Next” push button to view the next set of values in the multiline.
You can use the “Insert Benchmark Job Level below” and “Benchmark Job Level Description” fields, below the multiline, for both adding the Benchmark Job Levels and inserting a new Benchmark Job Level between any two Benchmark Job Levels that are already added.
The system will display the created benchmark job levels in the multiline above.
