Union Name |
The name of the union. |
You can specify the following details of the union committee in the corresponding columns of the multiline.
Name |
The name of the union committee that is edited. |
Purpose |
The purpose for which the union committee is edited. |
Head |
The administrative and functional head of the union committee that is edited. |
Effective From |
The date from which the union committee will be in effect. |
Effective To |
The date till which the union committee will be in effect. |
Union Code |
A unique code to identify the Union. |
Membership Name |
The name of the membership in the union. |
Comments |
The comments you want to enter pertaining to the union committee details. |
Select the Book icon beside the “Comments” field. The system displays a dialog box.
Enter the comments in the dialog box.
Select the “OK” pushbutton to save the details and return to the previous page.
Select the “Cancel” pushbutton to return to the previous page without saving the details entered.
Select the “Save” pushbutton at the bottom of the page.
