From the drop-down list box, select the employment unit in which the project is defined. The drop-down list box displays the employment units based on security permissions for the user.

From the drop-down list box, select the employment unit to which the employee belongs.

Enter the code of the employee.

Stage

From the drop-down list, select the stage of the project.

Start Date

Enter the start date of the assignment.

End Date

Enter the end date of the assignment. If “End Date” field is not specified, the system defaults the end date of the project in this field.

Employee Name

The name of the employee.

Assignment No

The system allots a number to the assignment.

Assignment number starts from two and is incremented by 1 for every new project allotted.

Department Description

The short description of the department.

Position Title

The short description of the position.

Job Title

The short description of the job.  

Grade Set

The grade set.   

Grade

The grade.

To reallocate project work
