Unauthorize Employee Separation – A summary of the activity

Separation refers to the process of the employee services getting terminated or the contract of employment getting over due to resignation, dismissal due to disciplinary action, death, retirement or any other reason. The separation process is carried out in two stages such as, Initiate and Authorize. The HR user initiates the separation process, for employees for whom he/she has the necessary data level security permissions.

Through the “Authorize Employee Separation” activity, the authorizer can authorize the separation process. The separation process can be carried only for regular employees. The authorized employee separation can be unauthorized through this activity.
